Best dog harness I have ever used!

I ordered my dogs harness nearly 2 months ago now. I have spoken to 5 different people (not over the phone since apparently that’s not how they run their costumer service) *rolls eyes* no one knows anything. My harness had now attempted delivery twice. I have repeatedly told them they need an access code to enter my apartment building. They consider this an “incomplete address” and have asked me for an additional 4.95$ to resend my harness AGAIN! I asked for a refund and they stated because it is personalized they will not provide me with a refund and it will take an additional 28, I repeat 28 more business days for it to arrive. That puts it at almost 3 months of waiting for this harness!!! DO NOT trust this company, I believe I have been scammed! 45$ wasted! Also from reading other reviews I can confirm that costumer service is a computer sending automated messages. I have received the EXACT same messages as other reviews on the website.

I purchased two of the no pull harness. I was doubtful they would work but they do. Doggy kingdom kindly sent me a video which helped me understand how to use the harness correctly. They were great to work with.

We recently replaced our old dog harnesses with a new design sold by Doggykingdom, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The harness slips over our dog’s head, and is secured by a simple clasp. Safe, easy & secure. We were able to customize them by color and even have our dogs names and our phone number printed on a detachable Velcro strip in case they get lost. We really like the strong reinforced fabric handle on top of the harness. It comes in handy to secure your dog while attaching their leash. Also included were straps for securing the harnesses to a cars seatbelt system. We used them this week on the way to the groomers, and they work great. They kept the dogs from their usual practice of jumping into the front seat. We highly recommend these harnesses. At their selling price they’re an especially good buy.

My order was canceled without a reason and no one will answer my email, messenger message or Facebook post. I’m done with your company. I haven’t received an email since June 10, 2020. I really like the harness and want another, but the second order was canceled and no reason or reply was received.

One of the plastic fittings broke and they honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a brand new harness. So great to have a company stand up to its promise . Thank you !

Still have not received the leashes and harness I ordered more than a month and a half ago. Instead they sent me two slimming sauna vests! Their fake customer service keeps sending me emails with American-sounding names saying their records show delivery was made and I should check with my neighbors! Then they sent an email saying my package is at their shipper's location (350 miles away) waiting for me to pick it up! It's a scam or gross incompetence - either way, don't get involved with them! Update: After posting this review, Doggykingdom protested to trustpilot that I never had a purchase/service relationship with them and they wanted this review removed. Trustpilot reached out to me for verification and I sent them copies of the order and many of the back and forth emails proving that I did make a purchase and had reached out to their customer service many times. Trustpilot reinstated this review upon verification. This company has no integrity whatsoever and only returned my money when they saw this review. I wonder if the positive reviews that are posted would stand up to the same scrutiny that this review had to stand up to?
