Quality was not as good as I had been lead to be
Quality was not as good as I had thought it would be and they refused to work with me on my purchase.

Disappointing experience
No problem with the ordering process. It took a long time for the goods to arrive, which they did from China. (hence the delay). The coats I received according to Doggykings sizing on their website was totally inaccurate. Very disappointing!!! The coats were of a good quality but just too small! The website is a mere shell ; when you ask for a refund you have to complete an email on the "contact us" button. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee so I hope they live up to this pledge.

Sizing useless, don't waste your money.
Ordered large for a dachshund as previously ordered medium and a little small but managed. Received a coat that would struggle to fit a yorkie. Waste of money don't use this retailer.

ordered wrong size as company didn't ask for detailed measurement, just small/med/large, eventually managed to send in our dog's measurements and correct size just delivered, well made, is larger than thought but can adjust. It has taken three weeks to sort this out but eventually company said to keep original (which I shall find good home for!) so can't really knock them too much! I think Yodel take too long to deliver!! please note no mention was made of Doggykingdom, never heard of them, so they shouldn't be offended that the review reflected upon their company. Hope that clarifies it!

Poor Quality
I really like the design of the harness but it is made poorly - cheaply. It took forever to arrive as it is shipped from China and getting it through customs is a blackhole in terms of how long it might take. It had threads hanging off in multiple places - was not finished well. I have a very large dog and the handle tore off within a month - I was really disappointed because it really is a good design and would be attractive as well. Too bad on the quality :-(

I ordered an extra small doggie harness for my yorkie--went by your measurement chart. It was too big--and bulky like armor, overkill! I think this product would probably be more appropriate with using on a larger dog. And it would have been nice to have known that I would have to wait for it to arrive from China.....
