Update …they contacted me and giving a full refund for my purchase. Little slow but they are making it right for there customer’s experience is great.

I ordered the harness then at the end asked if I wanted the leash. I ordered that too. Leash was not in the box. I brought it to Shaun’s attention. He said take a picture of what was delivered. I did. He said sorry need more proof. I took a picture of what was delivered and they didn’t honor it. I did not get the leash. Don’t order from here. Get it somewhere else. Mary from this company contacted me and rectified what should have been done. Received the leash finally as she took action when she saw my review.

Edited to add that after I wrote this review, the company contacted me and offered to provide a correct size harness. Thank you DoggyKingdom for standing behind your product. I ordered a harness using their sizing guides and it is way too big. When I contacted customer service they offered me a discount to buy another harness. Right, because I want to invest more miney in something that should have worked out the first time. What a waste of money.

I submitted a poor review last year when the harness I ordered was far too big, and I wasn't able to return it. They offered a discount on a smaller size - but that made no sense as their sizing chart said it would be for a dog much, much smaller than mine. Turns out that they had accidentally shipped me a Large instead of a Medium - and I didn't think to check if there was a size tag in it. So that was all on me. I've now reordered - and hope it arrives more quickly than last time. It really is a great harness

Good products and great customer support (uncomplicated and prompt). Delivery times are ok. Quality of the ordered products is also very good.

I purchased a harness for my Pom. I love the ease in putting it on him. I just ordered another one for my Cavalier puppy. It takes quite a while for it to arrive. In the meantime I struggle with putting her legs through a harness. I don’t like to use the collar for the leash. The harness avoids choking

I don’t understand the negative reviews. None of that has been my experience. I ordered my first set for my 2 Aussies & they came quickly. They were very good quality. One of the harnesses began to fall apart & unravel at its edges. I contacted the company. They requested a photo of the damage. I submitted the photo. One week later the replacement arrived. No more unraveling. Great customer service and a decent quality product. I’m getting ready to order another one for my new baby puppy who will come live with us in 2 weeks. I gave them 4 stars instead of five because over time the strap loosens on my 87 lb Aussie. Then if he pulls backward the harness pulls off. About twice a year I have to tighten the harness to prevent this. I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone involved with it. This is a legitimate paying customer review.
