Great experience, my daughters husky/sheppard mix is quite excitable and does well until she sees a squirrel. this collar has helped tremendously.

This looked like a great product, and the reviews looked okay, so I placed an order for 4 in mid-April. TODAY, August 3, I received the order. 6 weeks after the initial order I contacted the company to see where it was. After some length of time I received a reply that my shipping address was incorrect ( I paid through Paypal, so I know the shipping info. was correct), and they would not refund my money, as the items were personalized. I had to pay a second shipping fee to receive the product. Today I get them. The personalized piece is just attached with velcro!!! They couldn't use these for another order and refund my money? Really? The quality is cheap, and I will not be keeping these. This company is fraudulent, as I have pointed out to them in many emails. Buyer beware!

Nice quality, fits well and is easy to take on/off. Took a while to arrive, but was kept informed of it's progress regularly. Was worth the wait.

I ordered a harness from DoggyKingdom before Christmas, realized in March it had never come. Contacted their customer service and they were awesome, original harness had been lost in transit, a new harness was sent and they gave me a 50% refund, which was unexpected but appreciated. I was just expecting a new harness. New harness came 2 days later, Priority mail. Everybody makes mistakes, things get lost in transit, but I will continue to shop with Doggykingdom because of their great customer service. Thank you, Matthew Castano

The company doesn't stand behind there product and wont swap out a product due to being a "specialty" item that consist of my dogs name in velcro I can peel off and send it back without the "Specialty" and get a regular one without "specialty" but this is apparently not an option for this company just save your money life time warranty is a joke.

Bravo Doggykingdom! The harness and leash I purchased for my 70 pound Bernedoodle have been amazing. The design and strength of both the harness and the leash have helped her stopped pulling on walks. Durable, easy to put on, and of course- the best part-- a lifetime warrantee! i bought the harness for my boy with his name on it. not only was it extremely high quality but it came quickly as well and it was a great price. i’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality harness for there dog. i will be ordering another one just so that i have some options of color just cause they are such great quality

This is truly an extremely easy to use harness. It goes on & off in literally 3 seconds and our German Shepherds seem to feel very comfortable in them. Their warranty is wonderful too. Somehow, one of our was broken after about 6 months, so I sent an email to the company and received a very fast reply and a brand new harness in the mail within about 2 weeks. I definitely recommend this company & wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
