I am rather disappointed in the harness that I purchased for my bulldog. My dog acts like it hurts her and prefers her old harness. The lease i purchased is great. The timing for delivery was disappointing as well.

Buyer beware! I was excited to purchase my first no-pull harnesses for my 2 dogs. I chose Doggy Kingdom based on the product description that I saw on Facebook and ultimately on their website. However, be aware of the specific purchase you make. Any item labeled "personalized," which includes some of these harnesses, is ineligible for an exchange. Such was the case with my purchase. My dogs weigh 20 lbs each and I opted to buy the medium sized, personalized harness, which is recommended for dogs weighing 20-40 lbs. I properly measured the dogs for the correct harness size based on the sizing chart provided; the dogs' weight was in question, but their body shapes definitely pointed me toward the larger size harness that I ultimately selected. WRONG! These harnesses run large. My dogs were swimming in the harnesses. The only thing personalized about the harness was the velcro attachment with my dog's name and my phone number on it. Everything else appears to be standard and non-personalized. However, because I chose a personalized name tag, it made the whole/entire harness a personalized item, and thus ineligible for returns or exchanges. I sent an email to customer service and received prompt and courteous service. Of course I did not get what I want, and it was pointed out repeatedly that I should have paid closer attention to the product description and exchange/return policy. I offered to return the items in exchange for the smaller harnesses, but my request fell on deaf ears. I was making a reasonable request--I was not trying to take advantage of the company to get something more out out the deal than what I paid for. I was offered 40% off on a subsequent purchase--the company pointed out multiple times that they would not be making a profit with this 40% discount. It felt like a slap in the face, and that is putting it politely. I understand that small businesses have a tough time making money, but the way this situation was handled indicated to me that I was not valued beyond this initial purchase. Perception is reality, and I felt like I got the raw end of the deal. Yes, it was my fault for not carefully reading the return/exchange policy, but I could not fully realize the ramifications of my incorrect purchase until it was too late. There are at least a half dozen different companies that come up when you do an internet search for dog harnesses. After careful examination of a competitor's sizing chart and exchange/return policy, I opted to purchase from them--Doggy Kingdom will not receive another cent from me.

So happy with this harness. The handle helps us lift boofy in and out of our boat and car. Being an anxious dog it gives him security. Quality is great and I can not recommend this harness enough. Thank you.

The only reason I even gave them a 1 is because I had to. Worst customer service, made me prove I didn’t receive items, haven’t received items in 2 months and get told repeatedly it’s not our fault. The company refuses to refund me the one item I didn’t receive.. horrible service. They care more about a few dollars than helping customers. Current status as of 8/15 - no product no refund

Cain’s new harness fit perfectly and it was the highest quality material. I am a very, very satisfied customer. I have 2 other big dogs and plan to get each of them a harness and a new lead very soon! Thank you so much for the superior quality and excellent workmanship of the harness. Plus.. the option of having my dog’s name on the harness was a bonus! People who own pets must purchase from your online store. They will become a very satisfied customer ... as I am!!! I think you are scammers. I sent my money but no product since June. I think you need to be looked into. Bad company.

After receiving a harness that didn’t quite fit my dog correctly they worked with me to find a solution and send a new harness. Happy with the product and customer service. They care about their customers!
