Kafayat Oritola, APRN Refused to provide treatment for a clear need of anti-biotics. I explained I was in excruciating pain so she instead ordered $240 worth of labs that would take 14 days to get results I later found out (in the meantime I could not even sleep from the pain). I had to use a different telemedicine provider who in just 30 minutes gave me the needed medication. STAY AWAY. They are either incompetent or a total scam. They refused to refund me the $75. I guess they need that to stay alive cause they will go down eventually. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THEY DO THIS TO ME. Actually 3 times to me and 1 time to my son.

I am okay with the doctor but the company is, in my opinion, predatory. I feel like they are more concerned with placing cookies and trackers on my PC than providing medical care. I kept getting error messages when trying to setup my visit with the most common being I needed to turn on location. I did that, no go. I even gave their website permission within my browser's security settings but still got the error. Out of frustration, I installed a clean copy of chrome with NO security settings, that allowed me to talk to the doctor. I felt like my running without any security was their goal. This is not a good feeling ! But the worse was I could not print out the lab order.I could see it, it opened in a popup window but when I hit print, the page came out blank ! I sent 3 request for help to their support department, all of which were ignored. I went thru all this to have my A1C checked but now I can't because their system is poorly written, generating meaningless and misleading error messages and their support personnel ignore request for help !

Rude doctor that treats you like you are stupid and are wasting her time. All I was told was to go see a doctor in person over an ear infection.

When I had a problem with the app, customer service was BEYOND RUDE with troubleshooting steps. The rep was so CRASS. With 18 years call center experience I can tell you this is NOT how you treat customers. I explained I had physical difficulties in addition to being sick.- I asked if she could please set up the account. She said “no unless you do these troubleshooting steps first.“ She said she was “super sorry” about my problems but she was not going to be able to help me unless I complied exactly with her instructions. - then she refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.- and HUNG UP on me in Midsentence. I was upset because of The condescending manner that the representative was using It is NEVER OKAY TO HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER. — if the representatives can’t deal with someone who needs a little help that goes past their decision tree… They don’t need to be working in a call center for medical personnel. furthermore, they don’t need to be answering a phone number that is specifically set up for ADA AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. I was able to go to a competitor and they had no problem helping me set up an account! I’m so sorry you didn’t even wanna try to gain my business.

They are the worst doctors... take your money and tell you if you want antibiotics you need to go be seen in person. AWFUL.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Horrible! I had a bad upper respiratory infection. The PA only called in cough syrup and told me to take over the counter meds. Would not give me antibiotics!!!! After a week and four messages I did not receive any help. I had to visit another provider online and spend an additional $80 to get the proper antibiotics. Doctor on demand refused to help and wouldnt refund my $75. Customer Service was a joke

Insurance company pushed this out to beneficiaries, and the idea is good - especially since the pandemic - but the whole thing is a scam. Twenty minutes waiting, five minute "virtual visit", and when you need documentation the provider points to the Doctor on Demand staff, and they do NOTHING. If you call and miracle of miracles get a live person on the phone, they are as useful as a third thumb on your forehead.

Useless, called while experiencing anxiety and depression, the doctor could not help and gave me a doctors note that I couldn’t even use. They still insist on billing for this visit that did nothing for me. Also, if you have a UTI, they prescribe useless macrobid which causes recurring UTIs as it doesn’t completely kill the bacteria. I will not use them anymore. There are many and more effective telemedicine platforms.
