Good luck with a live person when you really need them, after one year they failed me so bad in the end with computer issues and medication authorization issues that I had to leave

Staff named Janet is very rude she couldn't book me fro my online appointment. And she was not helpful at all. I am highly unsatisfied with the service from doctors on demand and alliance health....

Initial visit went ok, dr prescribed antibiotics. Went to the pharmacy and they needed clarification from him before they could fill it. He never replied to them and when I contacted dr on demand about it, I was told they cant contact the physician and to request another visit, at full price of course. So if you actually want care, look elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made a call because my 2 year old was sick. After an hour, I finally received my video chat. My son was right next to me asleep as it was late at night, and he was sick. She said she couldn't take the call if my son wasn't with me which again he was right next to me and I showed him on the video asleep. You could very clearly see him. The doctor disconnected the call stating she didn't believe he was with me even though the camera was right on him. The duration of the call was less than a minute. I called customer service and the only thing the passive aggressive representative could keep saying was to make another appointment!

This app is garbage. The people are horrible. It never works. I hate it.

Seems as though I’m not the only one with the same problem. I wasn’t up for going to the dr so I did dr on demand. I have a sinus infection and I believe an ear infection. I told them I’m going to need antibiotics. I know my body, I get sinus infections usually twice every year. They refused me antibiotics and now I’m sitting here with a fever of 100.6. Don’t use this site.

My first therapist pretty much read off a flow chart as she spoke with me. As soon as our time was up, she immediately logged off. My second therapist was a little better. But after the first session, I couldn't get an appointment for about a month and a half. When the appointment finally came, they canceled it the day of my appointment without notice. There is no way to contact the doctor and the 1-800 number brings you to a looping phone tree and eventually hung up on me. The irony is I was seeking therapy over rejection issues... I'm never using it again.

My GP was not available so I booked and paid $60 non refundable to get antibiotics for my 11 month old who had been sick for 4 days and was getting worse rather than better. The doctor who I had spoke to (if you can call him that) advised antibiotics will not help her to continue giving her Panadol and monitor her for the next 5 days - that it will take 7-10 days before she starts to feel better. I had advised him I was already giving her Panadol but it’s not helping and her breathing was getting heavier. Thankfully my GP accepted her the next day and straight away advised she needed amoxicillin that Panadol will not help her. She started recovery within a day of taking it. Thank god i didn’t listen to this doctor and trusted my gut that my little one needed more than Panadol. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and I most certainly will never be using it again.
