The Doctors at this site are suboptimal. Three visits. they are NOT allowed to exercise any professional judgment but are limited to the COMPANY guidelines. As such they are not allowed professional judgment. no decent professional would work under this CLERICAL scope. So the doctors they employ are CLERKS in their practice. They may be licensed but are not allowed to think/be professional

What a horrible experience. I physically could not move due to a bad flu I received and so thought this would be a good idea. Firstly the doctor was late, fine, that I'll allow but as soon as she got on, after listening to my symptoms told me I had COVID when I didn't as I had a test done, rushed me and said she would send a prescription and that was it. I had to stop her, ask more questions and she didn't even check with me if I needed anything else. Also had to request a medical cert which didn't come and had to chase up. I was on the call for less than 5mins, felt rushed and was left questioning myself what I paid $60 for - what a terrible experience that I'll never be using again!

Home tested for COVID-19 and had to visit 2 times over a 2 day period before getting prescriptions, including Paxlovid. Glad I didn’t need to the ER with delay. Are there doctors on Doctor on Demand? All I see are Nurse Practioners.

Doctors do not listen. I paid $50 to be told to do over the counter treatments when I needed antibiotics. I had to pay to go see another doctor to give me antibiotics

Booked second appointment as the first doctor did not show up. Same happened with the second doctor. Waited for 20+ minutes on both nothing happened. Its a scam. Stay Away people.

We have used this wonderful service twice as visitors to Australia and found it highly efficient and helpful. The Drs asked good questions, showed care and compassion and our appointments were timely. Prescriptions were sent to the chemist within hours. Follow up by email was excellent. We thought it was very good value for money and would recommend them.

I have used Dr on Demand many times. Would recommend for anyone needing a Dr. appt. and cant get in to see their in-person Physician. Saves time, gas and you can stay in your jammies too! Some of other negative reviews seem bogus.

Complete disaster - I think they are a scam. I paid up front for the appointment and no contact was made. The support chat said another doc would call - never happened. They then suggested booking with another doctor even though I hadn’t received a refund. My poor kid had a high temp and painful ear in far north QLD. Total robbery.
