Had an appointment at 9am, the pharmacy my prescription was sent to was closed for New Year’s Day. I called by 10am to switch the pharmacy and I’ve been waiting for six hours just to get my prescription called in. I’ve called three times and they just tell me they are very backed up today. Never ever again. Biggest waste of my time and money

Awful service. The consult when for less than a minute. I had Covid and I am a diabetic so was I after some Covid antiviral drugs. I was told that I don’t qualify. I checked the government site afterwards and clearly says that if you’re over 50 and you’re diabetic you qualify for Covid antiviral drugs. I went straight to another online doctor company called Hola doctors afterwards and they gave me a prescription straight away.

Doctor Horrible service with Dr On Demand. I would use any other telemedicine company before using Dr. on demand. We spent time filling out the extensive forms. Described that my son had a cold. The doctor called and spent 12 minutes and 40 seconds going over the same questions we had already answered and filled out. Then told him that he “had a cold”, which we already knew. Hence, the appointment with Dr on demand. She offered to call in a prescription. Then the call dropped. We messaged twice immediately through their portal and we also called back. They reached out to the doctor and she said no prescription and he has a cold. I requested a refund since she didn’t do anything to help my son, she didn’t call back and she only spent the time they talked going over what we already filled out. I called and sent 20 minutes on the phone and was disconnected again as the agent said she was checking on it. I called again and was told there were no notes on the account . $89 down the drain, still have a sick kid and no help. I will not ever use Dr on demand again and would encourage others not to as well.

Scott Martin, DO is who I saw 3 days ago. Today I had a followup and I told him the symptoms are now in my chest, not in my head anymore. He was the most argumentative person I know. Especially a doctor. He was nasty because I hadn't taken Tylenol (because the pain in my head was gone). He was testy because he said it reduces inflammation. It does not. Advil does, not Tylenol. He kept repeating the same thing. I have been really sick for 6 days and all I want is an antibotic and steroid.Im 69 and know my body. He stinks. He kept telling me to act more professional. I started crying and ended the call. He put in the notes we had connection problems. I made an appointment with someone else.

Awful, awful, awful. estimated wait time was initially 20 minutes...then as soon as I paid (yes you pay before the appointment), the time went to 60-80 mins, where it stayed for the next 30 minutes...finally made it to 10-20 minutes only to see it return to 20-30, then back to 10-20, then back to 20-30 then back to 10-20, then back to 20-30, then 50-80, AGAIN, you get the message. 180 MINUTES LATER STILL WAITING AT 10-20 mins. These people are playing games. JOKERS - QUIT WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!!!

The doctor was thorough and really great but before I saw the doctor I had a condescending desk jockey who didn’t know that I had a brain even though I’m 65 years old. He acted like I didn’t know the difference between a call on the phone, and a video call. Anybody who knows anything, knows that they’re both “a call.“ recon continued correcting me anyway. I was mad about that. There was no warning at all when I was getting my doctor. I set my notifications on for the Dr On Demand and messaging, and I stood there looking at the phone and I still missed my call. Ridiculous, when I called back, the condescending jerk on the line give me another appointment two hours later, to punish me. I called right back myself, and had my appointment in about 20 minutes, and canceled the other call. Just really bad customer service.

I filled in the online form. Including my payment details. I needed an urgent script.i heard absolutely nothing, yet they took my money from my account. I refuse to pay for a service I did not receive. If they don't give my money back, I will take the matter further.
