Very poor customer support with no sense of urgency. My doctor is pretty great, but I’ve considered not going back just based on the customer support I’ve received from CMA’s and RN’s. They do not listen to your concerns. They are not helpful, unapologetic robots. I had an issue with refilling a prescription which sent me into withdrawals from going without my medication for 6 days. Nobody could figure the issue out and acted as if it was my fault when my pharmacy literally told me it’s waiting for the doctor. I work for a doctors office and this would not fly.

The medical care I receive from Dr. Joy Wilson is great, but why are there are nurse practitioners working for Doctor on Demand? The word "doctor" is in the title of the company. This is at best misleading, and at worst, fraudulent. I've had cancel appointments at the last second, because I'm scheduled with someone who's either too lazy to, or incapable of finishing medical school. I now make sure to schedule appointments with an MD.

I have two issues with Dr On Demand. First, I am double insured meaning I pay a lot of money each month for insurance so I do not have to pay co-pays. The app only allows you to put a primary insurance and they do not take a secondary insurance meaning I had to pay $50 for a visit. Second, The doctor did not prescribe me an antibiotic which I felt I need which is the whole reason I did the appointment to begin with. Most know that brown discharge from your nose means infection. She did not prescribe me an anabiotic. I contacted them the next day asking them if they could just write a prescription and they said I would have to make another appointment and pay the co-pay again in order to get a prescription. Customer service was very short with me and very rude and I will find another doctor app to use going forward.

awful experience, my connection was showing that my ip address was in a different state (which it was not, i checked it several times after and i don’t use a vpn) and that was incorrect, but cancelled my appointment completely. I was told to reschedule after I set aside the night to do the appointment. This is a complete waste of my time and I'll never use this service again!!!

I have found great care from a therapist and using her through the platform has been 5 stars. However , if there are any back end problems with billing or mistakes, I would give their customer service a negative star. Everyone is great and cordial when you talk to them , but nothing gets resolved . Just one excuse after another. Would leave this platform altogether if I did not like this therapist so much . Getting very frustrated.

I’ve had 2 different doctors on this, it’s terrible. You are just a file not a person, you can’t get actual health care. The 15 minute limit proves it’s not about your health care, sometimes it takes longer, sometimes it takes less. I’ve paid for a surgery out of pocket because they can’t get their referrals right, have now resorted to getting my own labs done with a private company. Finishing 2024 with no health care until I can change my insurance in 2025

First off. I want to say I've had very good Doctors provided by Doctor on Demand, In fact excellent ones. My complaint is with the company itself, very poor customer support, they don't always return messages or phone calls, they lose your records and important documentation, they double book appointments and you can't cancel them unless you pay a $104.00. I've booked my own appointments, and they have scheduled another appointment for the next week with out my knowledge or authorization! Then, charge us, the clients $104.00! They also so do not always return phone calls or messages, they say they're going to call you in four hours and I have waited forty eight hours before them returning my message. They have very poor organization and communication skills among all of their staff.

Horrible experience. I got my sessions cancelled 3 times in a row. The worst platform ever.
