This App used to be excellent with some great physicians. The App and service changed, and they now are horrendous. They lost most of my information, I haven't been able to have an appointment with my preferred physician, and I'm days behind in meds I'm out of. They have yet to get back to me. Obviously nobody knew what they were doing in the transition.

I was told there would be no charge for the appt as a Medicare patient, so I did it. Now they are billing me. I have called twice, still getting bills. My advice is, use another service. I have no confidence in this one.

I have used Dr On Demand in the past and never had a negative experience as I did today during my virtual urgent appointment my doctor stated she would be writing a prescriptions for me and at some point the virtual care appointment dropped. I then waited five minutes for her to call me back and she never did in the past whenever this would happen. The doctor would call back immediately since they do have a callback number, but she never did. I have been making multiple calls all day messages through the app and no one can get a hold of this doctor or even find out if my prescription was even completed. I am here doubling down in pain and yet they are oblivious to the fact that I need to start my antibiotic right away , I am very disappointed with the service. In addition they charge me the $10 co-pay which in the pass was free may be this is tactic for them to get patients to redo their virtual care appointment and pay another $10 which happened to my son a week ago , no one has an answer and I’m planning to file a complaint if I don’t get my prescription completed today.

As you are forced to prepay for your visit, I trusted that the amount they forced me to pay was correct. However, it was not and I overpaid. FOUR MONTHS LATER, after countless messages to them thru the app, calls to them, calls to my insurance company who placed calls to them, FINALLY it was when my insurance company sent them a letter from their legal dept that as a contracted provider they had to refund my money, did I receive a message in the app that, miraculously, their review was over and they’d be refunding my money! I STILL don’t have my money but we’ll see…..I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SHADY SERVICES AGAIN!!! Scammers and thieves! BEWARE!!!!!!

I had an appointment with one of their doctors and after explaining that I had pulled a muscle in my back the only advice that I was given was to go immediately to the emergency room and have scans, x rays and blood work done. I went the next day to a regular doctor's office vist where they treated me for a pulled muscle. The sixty two dollars I had to pay doctors on demand was a total waste.

My first time using Dr on demand was a very pleasant easy experience. I was face to face with a doctor in a matter of 2 minutes. Can't beat that! The doctor was very kind and understanding. I received my work note with no problem and was not charged for the service being it is fully covered by my medical insurance 100%.

Without written notice they have stopped sending claims to my insurance provider. and they’re not providing me with proper invoices to submit them myself. But they’re not even telling me that. All I get, we are looking into it. Out of nowhere they started charging a significantly higher fee, instead of my copay. In the past they would charge me a co-pay and then four months later reimburse me! Now no one can give me a straight answer. In the past month I have written multiple messages, plus numerous phone calls with no resolution. Did they fire all the Insurance billing people? Have the new owners made dangerous decisions that impact the users? Just so they can make a profit? The new platform is nothing more than a massive train wreck. I’ve used DoD for a few years. My advise to anyone readying this, find a different platform!

I would have not even gave doc on-demand one star. Dock on demand is a joke. A waste of my money
