Garbage. Used to be a great app now it crashes. Random changes your appointment. This is not just oh bad service. THIS IS F ING OVER MENTALLY ILL AND DISABLED PPL AND COULD OR WILL RESULT IN DEATH. THIS IS NO JOKE. CRIMINALS

The therapist I’ve seen has been wonderful. The problem here is doctor on demand themselves. I have been using the app 3 months and have had 7 appointments. Each time my insurance has been billed, plus I have been directly charged the full amount for the appointments. They are taking the amount from my credit card and will not get back to me about refunds and I’ve been told since September that they will get to my case in the order in which it was received. I call each week and still have had zero progress. This is supposed to be helping my anxiety and depression but it has done nothing but add greatly to it and rack up $700 in credit charges to at should never have been there in the first place. I have given them. Explanations of benefits from my insurance provider for each appointment and they have told me over the phone that the billing is incorrect but they have done nothing to fix the issue. Unfortunately I won’t be using them anymore, though I found the interface and video appointments to be very convenient.

Useless service. I'd give it zero stars if possible, waste of time.

The doc was great but my Rx was called into a pharmacy that was closed. They agreed to call it into a 24-hour pharmacy. I was too weak and sick too wait. I called them twice and begged for help and they didn’t care. Justin, the supervisor was worthless. I then asked for a refund and he couldn’t do that either. Everything was above everyone’s paygrade. What a joke and a waste of time.

Worst experience ever. Took them forever to submit a MRI order for authorization. They force you to go to the specific location so they can get referrals money. They care less of your health than making money. Just horrible - will never use it again

I have been looking for an appointment with my doctor for 2 weeks but no availability so I sent a message asking if my doctor was still working through Dr on Demand. I have not received a reply and it's been 3 days. They say they respond within 24 hrs. Update: still haven't heard anything and it's been almost a month.

Doctor forgot to fill RX then sat on hold for 45 mins while they told me that it would take 24 hours for them to rectify.

Total waste of time and money. Don't bother. Wouldn't prescribe anything. Advised to rest and drink more liquid. Completely ridiculous. However, if you need a note for school or work use them. That is all they're offering. Never again.
