An international order was placed for some Ayurvedic products that I wouldn’t have been able to get otherwise. The little package travelled a long way and it arrived perfectly and fast. I was assisted kindly and patiently throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Distacart was recommended by my brother from Ireland , I placed my order from France, and the website was very easy to use , they recommended me lots of products which is not available in Europe. The Distacart team is always helpful , specially the CEO Karan . I recommend this to everyone and I thank all of staff for such a great platform.

Received the wrong product and emailed immediately with photos. They replied… asking for photos! I replied again and will let you know the result of their communications with me. If they resolve quickly and easily, sending me the correct product immediately at no cost to me, I will give 5stars and remove this review… I will wait to hear from them….

Dear Claire, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience. Before dispatching, our fulfillment partner audits every product to ensure they're sending the correct products and in proper condition. Rarely does it happen due to oversight by the seller's team. Please don't worry, we have taken the responsibility and instantly asked our seller to reship your order and they dispatched the new package. Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 for any other assistance and we'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

I bought Radico organic hair colour from Distacart - love this hair colour brand, it’s not like other brands that say organic but smell like chemicals. Radico is also safe to use during pregnancy which is great! My order arrived on time, happy with the customer service :)
