It is trustworthy and delivery on time

Distacart advertises on their website that they offer "Lowest price or we match it +5% discount." It clearly states this on the main page, and offers an online form to fill out in order to get the lowest price guarantee. When I attempted this because I found the price of an item cheaper on a competitor's website, they told me that "they don't control prices" and didn't seem to know anything about the lowest price guarantee, even though it is clearly on their website. It appears that they offer this to gain customer attention, then refuse to stand by it.
