Shipping is almost always delayed. This last time it was delayed by more than a month and they never reached out to me with an update until I reached out to them first. If I knew of an alternative I would definitely switch to them instead. Very poor customer service!

The parcel was shipped fast by FedEx but they didn't pay the tax nor duties only the shipping, the say they they will pay it but I paid the tax myself I send them the paperwork but they didn't refund the small amount money I need

I ordered a month ago from distacart app and order got delivered after a month. That’s a lots of time. I understand that order is coming from India across the 11,488 kilometers but still there are companies who delivers in week or I can understand 15 days but more than that its too much and last time my order came back after one month and 15 days. I definitely feel you should work on your delivery timeframe. In todays fast world no one is ready to wait for that long . I am grateful that order is delivered so thanks for that.
