Distacart.comReviews of distacart.com

Distacart advertises on their website that they offer "Lowest price or we match it +5% discount." It clearly states this on the main page, and offers an online form to fill out in order to get the lowest price guarantee. When I attempted this because I found the price of an item cheaper on a competitor's website, they told me that "they don't control prices" and didn't seem to know anything about the lowest price guarantee, even though it is clearly on their website. It appears that they offer this to gain customer attention, then refuse to stand by it.

I didn't receive my parcel at the proper address. I mentioned my new address a few times and you didn't take it into account. Very disappointing!

I didn’t receive my package, it was supposed to be delivered on 15th but today is 20th and they are not able to provide me with proof af delivery as i am getting emails that your package is delivered. I waited for more than 15 days for my package but still haven’t received the package as well as my refund. Not ordering anything in future from you guys.

I had a terrible experience with Distacart. They created a shipping label for my order but didn't dispatch it for nearly three weeks. After receiving no updates, I had to contact them, and only then did they dispatch it. As a result, my product arrived significantly late. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I did not get this order What the hell is this

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent purchase of a white kurthi set from Joban. I ordered just one item, yet it took more than three weeks to be dispatched to Singapore. Given the premium price of approximately SGD 80 for a simple white kurthi set, I had reasonably expected good-quality material and workmanship. Unfortunately, the product I received was extremely disappointing. The fabric was very transparent and felt cheap, while the gold piping looked more like something used for children's art and craft projects than a premium garment. The quality was nowhere near what I had expected for the price paid. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been equally frustrating and unprofessional. They have been sending multiple emails without maintaining a single email thread, making it difficult to keep track of the correspondence and the status of my case. Despite my informing you that I would be away from Singapore and would respond after 13 October, I continued to receive separate emails offering store credits for the delayed shipment and poor product quality. What I find particularly unreasonable is the expectation that customers must explicitly reply to accept these credits, failing which the case will be closed. When a company acknowledges that its delivery service or product quality has fallen short of expectations, it should take responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution rather than place the burden on the customer to respond and accept. Furthermore, the credit amounts stated in your emails appear to have changed, which raises additional concerns about the consistency. I have not accepted any of the store credits offered, as I am deeply dissatisfied with how this entire matter has been handled. This is no longer just about the quality of one garment; it is also about the lack of professionalism. Returning the item to the United States would cost me approximately SGD 30–35, which is an unreasonable additional expense for a product that was already disappointing in quality and took an excessive amount of time to arrive. As a customer who paid a premium price, I should not have to bear additional costs and unnecessary inconvenience because the product and service failed to meet reasonable expectations. Truly unsatisfied with what has happened. And customers need to be careful when purchasing clothes from this platform.

The product didn’t arrive on time as per the estimated timeline. Back and forth, I had to reach out to the customer service department for follow-ups. Finally, the product was delivered more than 30-35 days later than expected.

i ordered this product to take it to sri lanka. i checked the delivery date and it was before my flight date. however the parcel came to me after my flight. please give the real delivery date for the customers
