I had a screw in my tire and drove up to Discount Tire at closing time, 6 pm. I explained my problem and in an instant the service guy took my keys to check the problem. The tire could not be fixed because of the location of the screw. I instructed the technician if at all possible, just give me four new tires so I would not have to worry about being stranded. The entire crew stayed until my tires were put on my car. They all were very courteous and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Normally you do not receive service like this. I am now and always will be a Discount Tire customer and will refer all family and friends. Corporate should congratulate these technicians with lunch or dinner, they deserve that and more. thank you again Store 6602 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084

Overpriced and they always overbook appointments.

Bought Pathfinder All Terrain tires 4+ years and less than 20K miles ago. All 4 tires have deteriorated and look like they are 30+ years old. Sidewalls, and treads are cracked and dry rotting. Treads appear to be separating too. Manufacturer attributes this to UV breakdown which they warranty for 4 years. So no warranty coverage for me. Will not buy this brand of tire again!

I spent over 1700 dollars on new wheels and tires. I made an appointment 3 weeks out. They took my money right away but I wasn't concerned about that at the time. I was called the next day after my order and was told that my wheels and tires were already in stock and I could come ASAP to have them put on. I informed them that I made the appointment in the future because I was having my car repainted. Two weeks went by and they canceled my order because they sold my wheels and then they told me they were on backorder if I wanted to "repurchase". At first, they even tried to say I canceled the order which is crazy. I reached out to the corporate office and they did nothing to help me but send me customer service templates. I asked if I could just have a 5% discount because of their error as a solution. They never tried to assist me and seemed to imply that I must have canceled the order. How ridiculous that I would just give their company 1700+ dollars of my money to hold onto for 2+ weeks for fun. The most important thing to note is they do not care about your experience and now that I have gone to leave these reviews, I notice their review score is so low.

The worst part of my service was having the low tire light come on after having 4-new tires put on my car. Got home and checked tire pressure, back tires were at 38psi, front were at 34psi. Tires/vehicle calls for 30psi. The tires should have been at an accurate psi before I pulled off the lot. This is bad service, then I went back and spoke to mgmt and advised him of what happened and that the light wasn't going off. He had an attitude and never apologized for the service and said I would need to take my car to the car dealership. I will never go back to this place.

Came in because of a flat tire a month ago. They didn't have the tire in stock, but they did a rotation for me. During this time, the tech broke two of my center caps but didn't say anything. I had to come back a few days later for the new tire to come in, and that's when I noticed that one center cap was completely missing and another was badly cracked. I brought this up to whoever I spoke with when I dropped my car off. He at first said *there was no possible way* one of his tech's could have been responsible, but I shut that down quick. Discount Tire agreed to order in new replacement caps and to call me in a week. They never did, so I followed up and was told they were on order, to call back in a week. I waited a week and a day, still no callback, and called in. Oh, they hadn't actually ordered the center caps and they were waiting on something? I spoke with Will, who was somewhat helpful, but every time I called in "Mo" who I was told is the manager was never available. It's now been a month, and just to recap how Discount Tire thinks: 1. A technician broke customer property (no biggy, mistakes happen) 2. The technician didn't say anything (not okay) 3. The person I spoke with immediately tried to deny any responsibility 4. Discount Tire did not follow up, I had to 5. Discount Tire continued this trend 3-total times 6. I had to buy my own replacement center caps for the property they destroyed I have used Discount Tires since I was a teenager, but after this I'm done. It's unprofessional, and all over something that is not and should not be a big deal.

Had tires sent to direct tire and installed damaged both wheels on my Volvo on right side their insurance company reviewed the photos and claimed it was not their problem no notation at damage on the wheels when I took it in wheels were damaged when it that do they refuse to pay or do anything about it would highly advise not using this company also the accompany they used for their insurance claims refused to contact me I had to call numerous times The claims agent was too busy taking vacation or just ignoring the claim altogether very poor service cannot recommend at all your 2.6 is probably a very generous
