These companies are getting bad ! I purchased 15 tires 5 each for 2 different campers 5 for my HD truck and a set of wheels for my truck all in one year . They were told I need metal valve stems because of the TPMS on my camper. One valve stem blew apart on me. They contacted the store that did the work that's over 1000 miles from me while emailed me and but did not respond to my telling him I'm nowhere close to them . Also I had all the TPMS sensors replaced on my Ram Cummins when I purchased tires o had to pay them once to replace one that failed and that same one failed again. I'm not giving this company a dime again! And it's not a issue with my truck if I rotate the tires the same sensor is acting up regardless of its position on the truck. I tried calling again today and really didn't get anything useful.

My appt was for 8 30 I signed in at 8 15 and here it is 10 and the car is still in the area I parked it / I was told 1 hr and scheduled other appointments around it Complained and its still sitting in lot very dissatisfied customer service is not the greatest

I bought a set of tires from discount tire the tires had a 60,000 mi warranty on them I paid $1,000 for my tires and only got 30,000 miles of use on the tires so they prorated the tires due to use and said it would cost me $547 to get them replaced this is a scam that means I'm paying over 50% to replace the tires that I only got 50% of the use out of so that means my $1,000 tires actually cost me $1,500 this should be against the law so basically what they're saying is I'm going to replace your tires with the same tires that only got 30,000 miles with another set of 60,000 mi tires that will only get 30,000 miles and part of that money is the installation why should I have to pay them for installation for tires that are already paid installation on this is a scam don't fall for it stay away from discount tire

Went in to get a tire patched from running over a nail. “Devon” the sales rep. Called me back to look at the repair and said “there’s this cut next to the patch and it is so bad your tread is showing.” Then he took a screwdriver pick and put it in there and digging in deeper to try to show the thread. Those tires are brand new. Not even a month old. They refused to put it back on my car. I told them to put on my spare and I left. I tooked it down the street to one of there competitors and they looked at it and ask” what happened? “ I told them the story and he said “ it looks like he tried to dig the pick in deeper so you have to buy a new tire or tires, the spread looked fresh and done purposely “. Went in because my tire light came on had air put in my tires next thing I know they're sending me a text telling me I need two new front tires so I go in the next week I get two new front tires now my tire light stays on all the time and my car was shaking on the highway I couldn't even put a cup in my cup holder I take it back three times they put down they gave me a receipt for zero balance for balancing my tires and aligning it and I watched them in the garage they didn't either and I can't deal with these people anymore they got my money they charged me $230 for a new two front tires that were $60 a piece and now I'm stuck with the tire light on and a bouncy car that I cannot get on the highway. The tech did not change the pressure in the tires when they were rotated on my RAM truck. When I went back to get them to fix the problem the manager pointed to the air check line and told me to wait in line. Piss poor customer service along with tech's that cannot perform a basic service.

I replaced two tires that I wanted mounted on front of vehicle and put the two front tires on rear. The attendant replaced the front and put one on the rear. He decided not to take one of the back tires off. So im stuck with a bad tire. With that said I bought two new tires for the back thanks to the laziness of the tire attendant.
