As a shareware author I didn't want to host my own site, but needed a site I could count on at a low price, DiscountASP.net came though big time for me. Value for money stems from their continuous support in case you needed. Their response time is reasonable, too. That's in case you needed it anyhow. Though the 8 years we used their services, we only opened a couple of incidents. Provisioning services couldn't be easier. Point-and-click (and pay, of course) and you'll get the new services. Upgrade to the latest platform also takes a click or two. They support a plethora of technologies, making it an easy choice. Certainly a recommended service provider.
