Stable and complete hosting. Very good expérience.

Whenever I've had a question about my hosting account, or a problem, discountASP has responded quickly and helpfully. When a billing issue arose, they resolved it very well. Uptime is great. Perhaps best of all, discountASP does not continually try to sell me additional "features" beyond those I have. They simply make sure everything works.

This is a super company, the best hosting company of the perhaps 10 I've tried over the years. Their technical help is incredible in 1) timeliness, 2) knowledge, 3) willingness to check things and suggest fixes--even when the issue is on my development end rather than their hosting end, and 4) checking back in to make sure issue solved and help-request-ticket can be closed. My only tiny ding is that their website interface is confusing. Other companies do a far better job or organizing their various features. And yes, in part, with icons etc rather than endless text links. Trouble with the links is I often don't know where to start the drill down process to get to the topic I am looking for. Still, a tremendous group and tremendous service.

DiscountAsp asked me by email to review them on Trustpilot and I was not interested. This week I'm now getting emails from Trustpilot asking me to review DiscountAsp. I don't appreciate being badgered by companies and I don't want to be added to Trustpilot's email list. 1/5 stars for vendor sharing my work email & sending me solicitations from another comaony.

Impossible to get information from them concerning making changes to our site!!!

I have used this service for years for learning purposes and to host a small private site for friends. It has always met my needs, never been a problem and has always been responsive. I recently looked around and tried other sites that just weren't as good and were more expensive. I really don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon.

Martin was faster-answering questions than any search engine. Could not believe that the support would be this good, even better than the site costing me $500 a year.

I hosted my solution for over 10 years with DiscountASP.net, and I cannot speak enough of the great service and support that I received from this service. What I remember the most is not the 99.99% up time, but how they responded to the few hiccups that were encountered.
