We've used DiscountASP.NET as a small business web and email host for well over a decade. The service has always been rock-solid - I can only think of one short (~2 hours) outage period, and that was accompanied by copious communication and bill credits. This team knows their stuff and puts customers first! Hosting includes all the services you need to get a small business up and running, and the interface is simple and quick to use. I've dabbled with some of their other products like Everleap and found them to be equally simple and effective. If you're looking for Windows hosting, this is the one. No question. I've recommended this service to many friends and will continue to do so.
