Giving one star because I can't go lower. They flashed information in their website for special deals bundle (Tv + internet). Direct-tv's 220+ channels and internet up to 75mbps for ~ $63 (I have the screen-shot to prove). I called to order and was told that I'll have other special discount and my final monthly bill will be $62. After Direct-tv installed the TV, I found that it was a set-up to take all your information and give you whatever package they want to give you and it's usually the basic package with no internet. All you have to do is upgrade or pay $480 for early cancellation. Fortunately I recorded all the conversation and I'm now exploring further actions with my lawyer. 1 - They set me for a different package that the one I ordered, 2 - They never bother to set me your internet, 3- When I called the customer service, they basically hang up on me and asked me to call Direct-tv and att my self. Please share the message and don't let people be trapped by this company

Was interested in switching from Dish to Direct. They kept getting the address and counties confused, didn't know if they provided internet or not and quoted higher packages than they had sent us in the mail. To top it off, my intelligence was questioned, and I was told that my "logic was skewed"! How can this company get great customer service ratings when they insult prospective customers???? I'm amazed and disappointed.
