I love their service always have always will

Seriously what a sweet kind and helpful person, I had been with dish for 8 years, i had also been trying to get internet through them ,for the last year everytime I had called to ask about it they would tell me it's not available in my area and I live in a cityfor Pete's sake!!!! Well they FINALLY told me why yesterday and it was because I wasn't under contract with them any more and hadn't been for six years!!! Anyways I called Thomas at Direct TV and he was so helpful and sweet to me, walking mw through all of their deals and aetting me up with their service and internet for under $100 a month!!!!! I was paying $80 a month with Dish just for satellite tv!!!!! SO A HUGE THANK YOU RO YOU THOMAS I REALLY DO HOPE I'LL BE HAPPY WITH DIRECT TV!!!!!

The associates my wife and I worked with while setting up our order were great. Dillon did a great kid with our initial order and Ada helped us to upgrade from Select to Choice. I realized I really wanted ESPN. Great job. Thank you.

Representative was very friendly and attentive. Handled new service request without being pushy and advised us in a courteous way without being pushy.
