Manny, was very professional from the beginning to the end. We discuss many services that would accommodate my personal and business needs. Initially I called for Direct TV services but is Customer service skills quickly moved in to cross sell me a security system. How did he know I needed one or was even shopping for one. Well I quickly replied with a yes. We talked about football, the passing of my father he was a listener and showed empathy. We even talked about my relationship with the greatest humble man in my life concerning marriage. Manny is a keeper and a true asset to the company.
