Whole total process is confusing I was never told about that the discount prices I got it would last only a year. Was not told that the contract was for two years I wanted Internet because I watch Netflix and I did not get Internet which I thought I was getting with the total price I told the sales person that I could only afford around $50 I could actually get that if I got the minimum price which is $30 from DirecTV and the Internet from Centry link but now the charges $120 which is not acceptable

I Rep was very informative and made sure I was ware of all promotions and fit me with the best package.

I work for AT&T and it feels nice to get someone that I can understand and did very well at their job I appreciate my sales rep he did an amazing job and it's nice to know that we have sales reps like that merged together and part of the team the process was quick and all my questions were answered to where I had complete understanding

I just had my worse costume service in my life in the phone with the your suspervasion name "Michael" she call me from 786-293-4179 rude doesn't how to speak with a costume I cancelled the servers that I just order I don't feel safe , knowing the this person know my information I'm about to go to the police station to make a report if anything happened to my personal information being violado directv will be responsible acc 65373429 Rafael Carvalho

the only reason I gave 3 stars is due to customer service. no one knew anything about anything, kept transferring me to other depts., kept getting disconnected. was on the phone for over 2hrs trying to get with bundle dept to fix the problem I was seeing. AT&T was rude on 2 separate calls because they knew I had to have their internet for my area (which I could've just kept TWC). they tried to charge me more than I was quoted by directv. the pricing on directv is fantastic compared to TWC. there was 3 reps that really knew what they were doing. 1 was Marvin in the bundle dept. and a lady rep. that understood my complaint about having to pay a regional sports fee when I do not watch sports at all, ever. she removed the sports ticket but couldn't do anything about the other sports channels without down grading my package. she gave me a credit to off set this charge for the 2 years, a young man that understood why I was so pe-ode about all the transfers and hang ups by everyone (he gave me a $50 credit on 1st bill for the hassle I went thru). So hoo-rah to those 3 only! I only hope as the bills come I don't encounter any surprises.

My TWC kept going up every few months. I just couldn't keep up their increasing prices. I shopped around, & i was well pleased with Direct TV special package. Low rate price, i am now a happy customer. I am saving now 70% from my bill now.

Lawrence was very helpful and proffesional.. Laid out all of the options for me and wasn't pushy.
