The customer representative that I talked to was: Nice, Kind, Knowledgeable, very Patient! She took that extra time to answer all my questions. She is the BEST! I hope the new Direct TV is better than the past. I am giving them ONE more chance!

I ended my time with Comcast cable because of there poor attitude with not just customer service, but also the lack of care of monthly mistakes on my bills services. I many times wanted to switch to Direct tv because I have had many experiences at my friends home and loved the system and channels that Comcast didnt have.

We were very sad to learn that Uverse was not available in our new neighborhood. Today we called directv and the sales representative who assisted us was well spoken and he provided us with service that was very fast and friendly.

one of the least painful transactions ive been a part of in 15 years,most professional people treated me great only thing they could of done better was buy me lunch,that's OK though they saved me about 75 dollars a month compared to my bright house service
