The person I spoke with was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in setting me up with a package to fit my needs as well as an acceptable installation date. I am looking forward to enjoying Direct TV

i wanted to ask specific questions..ur rep was so kind and under standing..i got screwed over by comcast.so she under stood and help me with more info than i need..now to figure how to use laptop and ur sevice...thank you and ur rep.

Cortney was great to talk to. She had patience and treated me like a person instead of a paycheck. She went over all the plans I asked about and I was impressed with her voice and attitude while we talked. At the end of our conversation I invited her to Breakfast only 2000 miles away. A great gal to talk to. I'll even like Direct TV programing.

Very excited, it was time for a change, had major issues with dish network!
Told me about the package and price point. NO hidden fees, offered more then dish network! Very happy with my overall experience. Can't wait for our new system! Great customer service! Talked with 2 gentlemen, not sure of their names, asked me if I had any questions about the service or packages, very thorough! They made sure I understood everything before they hung up. Very excited to be a directTV customer! Thank you DirectTV

SUPERB SERVICE

DirecTV has excellent people working for them
The gentleman I spoke with on the phone with his name was Chris he took his time he explained everything to me and I was very happy and he is very friendly and he was super nice I would always go with DIRECTV thank you so much. Marcia spoon

Couldn't have been better!
I'm a new customer to Direct TV and the representative I had today couldn't have done a better job. She explained the process, the prices, the promotions in a very detailed matter. Answered all questions I had. Wonderful experience. I hope my life time experience with Direct TV will always be the same. Great Job!
