The entry level experience with my associate was fun. We laughed and joked about my previous satellite provider. Looking back through time, if I didnt have to switch I would not have. I absolutely loved and enjoyed direct TV experience. My customer care representative was absolutely amazing. He made me feel of the utmost comfortable and that i was a valued customer. He addressed any questions/concerns i had in a timely matter. He was very friendly and sweet, and absolutely hilarious. He was very attentive to all of my customer service needs. He helped me to choose the package that best fit my needs. I would defintely recommend this service to friends and family.
