You Rep, Jenny sold me to Direct TV, very professional yet very gracious.

The CSR listened to my concerns and addressed them. I don't feel like any one was going to try and pull wool over my eyes. The lady also checked into and explained all of my options. She was patient with my questions and never made me feel stupid or over concerned. I feel, and hope, that my experience this time is better than when I left a few years back.

I called in this evening to see if I could be approved for credit. I was sure I would be turned down. The approval process was simple and fast. The representative was very informative. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant and hassle-free. My installation is tomorrow and I don't have to pay 1 dime out of pocket. THANK YOU DIRECTV!!!!

I ordered Direct tv bundle an hour ago. Agent said there were no rebates. I sign on to register my acct and first thing I see is ATT saying $100.00 rebate when you order a bundle package. I was in chat and Mary Ann says promos change all the time!! It's been an hour....don't tell me the promo changed. This is the 3rd time ATT has screwed me out of the rebate. This is false advertising on ATT part. I am cancelling "my bundle" !!
