I was only calling to get some info, didn't' expect much other than alot of fast talk and big fees. Johnathan was great, so much so in fact that I wound up signing up. He was extremely polite, which is rare with customer service reps. I told him what I like and he set me up. I got much more than I could have imagined. If some of these other businesses had "Johnathan's" like yours they might have alot better sales. He was very knowledgeable about your product and seemed eager to get me what I wanted, not just push a sale. I had an almost trouble free experience with the application process with Direct TV/Comcast. While on the phone I did hear background noise (other voices) that did interfere with understanding the technician. Other than that the process was a bit long but understandable. Thank You.

You will be hit with a mountain of information to dig through once you move forward with their service. They will automatically sign you up for services that if you don't remember to cancel, you will get charged for after the free period is up. They get you to spend money by hoping those details get buried under a ton of words. However, the representative was very helpful, patient, and I got connected right away. If you are sharp and stay on top of things, you will get a great deal at a great price.
