Kowledgable, polite, efficient, explained everything to us. I have dealt with Dish, Verizon, and AT&T Uverse. This was my best experience of all. Kudo's to Kanit Dechkhum, Tech #57454. What a bright, talented person. And he left us his personal cell in case we hade any problems. That is true customer service.

I was very satisfied with representative, very clear explanation! I had a really bad experience with dish so im glad that i called direct! Mr pena was very helpful and helped choose my correct tv and internet needs! Very pleasant!

The technician was amazing, down to earth, good around my four crazy kids lol. Now as far as the channels that the sales guy "sold me" they suck. I'm very upset about the channels. Think I will cancel within the first thirty days before I'm tied into the contract.
