The rep spent as much time as needed to get a great package for me at a great price, plus it includes a fourth TV hookup that I couldn't afford with cable.

I called this morning and had my new equipment and programming by this afternoon. The tecnician was very friendly and informative about the remote, programming , parental controls and showing us how to use the remote and get the channels we were interested in. He took the time to explain all our questions and was never to busy with our setup to explain anything.

I believe the salesman's name was Zack. He was very informative, polite, willing to answer all of my questions, and most importantly was not pushy. I had an excellent experience with the customer service today and couldn't be more satisfied.

He was quick and explained everything.

I was going with driectv for internet and tv for my home. After over two hours on the phone my bill which was going to be 60 $ ended up around 80 $ which was not what I had agreed. I spoke to a man who set up internet but je didn't tell me he was setting up a phone as well. I told him I didn't need or want a phone. Then he put me on a phone with someone I couldn't understand. This man told me I had a phone and my bill was going up after 3 months to +9.99 and so I deleted the order and I almowt deleted my TV because I was very upset at this point. I'm going to allow the TV but if my price should moce I will dispute it. Thank you
