I had called around to other companies and it was so pleasant to speak to Direct TVs customer service. They gave us Free HD installation for up to 4 units, are coming out promptly and giving us our first month Free! Plus their prices were a little cheaper than competitor companies!

I have had Direct since 11/23, it snowed yesterday & I have no channels due to error 771. I called Direct, got transferred to tech support & was on a very long hold, so I hung up. Today we have no snow coming down & I still have no tv. I specifically asked the rep when I ordered direct, when it storms (snow or rain) will my tv go out, he said no because we have more satillites. Well, he lied just to get the sale, I am extremely unhappy thus far and I am sure I will be cancelling Direct in the very near future.

The sales rep was great ,customer service was great . I was with twc ,they have no customer service . I will tell everybody about direct tv
