I called Erik after the wire for my Comdex hearing aid stopped working. the audiologist told me the wire to the earpiece was broken. She was going to order me one and charge me $120 for it. I called Eric (always a pleasure to talk to) and he told me my warranty was still good and sent me one right a way at no charge. People like Eric renew my faith in people. So glad he is there to help.

I have seriously moderate to severe hearing problems. Eric easily reprogram remotely my Phonak Paradise Life 90 hearing aids easily to meet my hearing needs. He did so quickly and had me to talk to my daughter to confirm I could hear her clearly and easily. He found that there was a surprisingly substantial difference with the audiogram I had received just a few weeks earlier. So I ended up with the hearing aids fully adjusted to what I need.
