Fast and efficient.

My sister-in-law who is a retired audiologist recommended Direct Hearing as an easy and economical way to replace my aging hearing aids after having lost one. She sent me their link and I went right to the Direct Hearing website and shopped around. She had recommended the Phonak brand hearing aid which they carried. Also she said their pricing would be very competitive and I would save money going through Direct Hearing. I connected to the sales manager Trey Peach who sent me a link for an online hearing test which was easy to take. We went over the results and I chose the Phonak 90 rechargeable aids which were sent to me within a couple of days via FedEx. The set up instructions were easy to follow with a couple of online videos, even linking my hearing aids up to my cell phone. Customer service rep Sophia contacted me to set up a follow-up appointment with will their audiologist Will who was most helpful in adjusting the hearing aid volume and teaching me some of the tricks of using the device. That follow-up evaluation happened today and I couldn't be happier with my improved hearing and the service that I received from Direct Hearing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Larry S. No regrets, and no complaints, whatsoever. Direct Hearing's price for my Widex Momentum hearing aids was literally half the price that I was quoted at the local "non-profit" hearing place. The local place tried to talk me out of buying online. I'm so glad I didn't listen to them. The whole transaction went very smooth. And, I couldn't be happier with the sale. This morning I had my first telephone appointment with Eric at Direct Hearing. He took a good hour and forty-five minutes to get my hearing comfortable and thoroughly explained the hearing aid devices to me. He did a hearing test first to confirm the settings and then helped me with restaurant and auditorium settings. He also spent time adjusting the hearing aids to my tinnitus. I am much more comfortable and confident with my new hearing aids. He was very helpful and said to call anytime with any hearing aid concerns. It was a joy to deal with him and I realize it will be a process of learning to live with my new AI hearing devices. I am SO grateful to be able to hear better than I have been. I am so excited that I found this company online! At first, I was hesitant about purchasing hearing aids online but it turned out to be a pleasure from the beginning to now. The audiologist was able to program my hearing aids with my current hearing test prior to me receiving them. Once I received the hearing aids I was able to have them fine-tuned by Eric using a remote program. I did gather an abundance of information on the hearing aids that I finally decided to get. When I priced them out at other places the price was over $6000 with additional cost for follow-up appointments. The best part of buying from Direct Hearing was the excellent customer service and the price was over 50% savings. I'm thrilled with my new ears!!!!!! Highly recommended.
