Very impressed. I have tried for years to find the right aids on line. FINALLY the right supplier and the right hearing aids.

I have been really impressed with Eric Huff at Direct Hearing. My audiologist recommended one hearing aid but Eric steered me to one that he personally liked better and that was cheaper. He was right. I demo'd both and the one he recommended was infinitely better. The purchase experience was quick and easy. The hearing aid arrived on time and as promised, and the follow-up tele visit to fine tune them was extremely easy. Ordering replacement domes was a very simple process and they arrived quickly. I have nothing but good things to say.

Great product, fantastic price !

I WASN'T born at night and especially last night so I was VERY skeptical about not only the pricing but the after sales service. (Especially online and in another state!) I have found that all is as advertised and BETTER! The finest quality of hearing aid, and quick response for issues (Mostly operator malfunction! LOL) that have arisen. I only gave 4 stars but have received 5 star service and handling so far but we have years to go and I'm sure the fifth will be along pretty soon. You will be more than pleased to give these people a try and if you don't then its YOUR loss!

I'm thrilled with my new hearing aides and the services provided by my team at Direct Hearing, Trey, Sonia and William. All were friendly, thorough and patient. William Russell, the audiologist who programed the new hearing aides I received (so promptly) is a pleasure to deal with as well: courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am not tech savvy and after my session with William I felt confident and comfortable with my hearing aides and how to use them to full advantage. Thank you!

Will Russell was awesome! We were having some major problems with my husbands hearing aides and Bluetooth. Will is so knowledgable and helpful, but more than that he was so patient with us. Excellent audio adjustment on my hearing aids by Will Russell of Direct Hearing. Will was very thorough in his questions and procedure to make this a painless process with results that were a great improvement on the efficacy of my Phonak hearing aids.
