It had been 10 years since I had a new pair of hearing aids and I was ready to upgrade. As a person that spent over 50 years in broadcast production, as a musician and vocalist, my goals for hearing devices were set very high. I knew the new technology would help me but I wanted to choose the right models and get it right the first time. The sales staff that I spoke with via email was more than helpful and answering all of my questions making sure I was on the right track to getting the correct product for my hearing needs. It's truly hard to find this level of professionalism and service in todays world.
