Really poor customer service. Don’t believe the online tracking of your order as it’s just made up. My order was showing as delivered to the store but wasn’t there so had a refund. They refused to send a replacement so I did the same order again, and guess what lost this one too despite the tracking saying it arrived again. Customer service don’t care either, just issue refunds about a week after you should have had your order. No offer to remedy anything. I won’t use them again

Terrible customer service and delivery. Payed for next day delivery for a tent , it never arrived, phoned Asda who told me it wasn’t even put on the delivery van but no one had the decency to let me know so I wasted a full day waiting in. Parcel turned up 4 days later, wrong item! Told they would send another ....guess what ...wrong item AGAIN! They sent another one out a few days later which was the correct item. I was told Asda would contact me yesterday to sort some compensation out .....still waiting for the phone call ! Terrible service, doubtful if I will use them again.

Bought a television set from them 1 year ago and it developed a fault. Numerous exchanges with email, just not getting anywhere and they kept asking for order number which I gave them several times. Insist that I phone them on their non freephone number. I eventually call them and they tell me the product it out of warranty. My advice, never but a TV from them, it won't last and they won't care.

3 times now I have ordered and there have been problems 2 occasions paid for next day delivery waited in all day and didn't receive the item and then stupidly I ordered a 3rd time and the item came in the wrong size with half of it missing!

Horrendous food delivery service. So many unavailable items at point of delivery. Extremely bad stock control. All stock control staff should be sacked.

No Refund on time. Cheating customers

Returned unsuitable online Asda Direct clothing order to Asda store at Longwell Green Bristol using their automated machine drop-off system on 21st August, received a Return Receipt with a Parcel I.D. saying they will send email once refund (£38.50) processed. As still not had email or refund to paypal account nearly 3 weeks later , rang their customer services today (9th September). After investigating, they confirmed goods had been received back & refund will now be issued. When asked why not done sooner, was told "Probably got forgotten about by someone" !!!!! Told agent this is not acceptable. I therefore assume that unless I had chased this, the refund would never have been sent. I suggest Asda amend their systems whereby returns & refunds are not left to the whim of an employee's memory/ability. Wont be using Asda for online purchases ever again.
