Only 1 out of 3 items arrived - SAVE YOUR SANITY - Don't order from them. My order was split into two deliveries one arrived at the local(ish) Asda Express for collection the other never arrived. When I called customer services I was lied to and told it would arrive the next day and I would get an email. No email arrived. I called again and was told that it must have been lost my Evri and that it was not possible to reorder they would just have refund me. That will take 7-10 days apparently! The item that did arrive doesn't even bit as miles too long even though I am 5ft 6inch so average height and I have to pay £4.70 to return the £16 pair of joggers. So currently I am my order value of £34 + £4.70 postage down and I have zero to show for it aside from the knowledge I will never ever order from Asda Direct again!

Nespresso machine never arrived. I ordered for collection from local store. It said next day delivery. That was the 17th. It didn't arrive, the status remained 'On it's Way'. Called customer service, they lied and said it would be there in 24 hours. Couldn't tell me the reason for the delay, gave me the response so quickly, he clearly hadn't checked anything. Rang again the next day, rep lied again, said it would be there by 11am on 19th at the latest. It's now 20th. The parcel is still 'On it's Way'. Don't bother. Might be cheap but the hassle is expensive!

Ordered a swing that arrived days after the delivery date I paid for. I was sent a notification 2days later to say it would be delayed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with their online service. I do like Asda products but I shan’t be doing any more Asda direct until they sort themselves out 🤬

Ordered 2 items. One arrived the other didn't. I checked the status on my asda account and it said "address changed". I called asda to query it only to be told I was lying! I said im looking at it right now and it states address change. No it doesn't! So now im a liar! I told the woman on the other end of the phone that if it hadn't said address change I wouldn't be calling. I have more important things to do. I was told I'll receive an update in 24 hours from evri (won't hold my breath). Fast forward to today, no update with evri (no surprise there), so I out the tracking number in, they can't find any such number! So I call evri, no number exists! So I call asda apparently the item has been damaged and has been sent back to asda! I am now waiting a refund. I will give asda a positive they gave me a refund of my delivery charge and an e voucher for the inconvenience. However please use a different courier service!

I ordered 2 waistcoats online to be collected in store on 14th May. They hadn't arrived by 18th May and I was travelling to a wedding so as they hadn't arrived I rang Customer Services. The lady apologised and agreed to start a refund. On 26th May both items still showing as on the way and no refund so I rang Customer Services again. I was told that there was a problem with my payment card details which there isn't! How did they immediately take the money then? I gave my account details and saved the card details in the wallet on the Asda app. So many apologies and acknowledgements that the refund would be started immediately. Now the 28th May and items still showing as on the way, no mention of change in status and definitely no refund. I will never use Asda Direct again.

I’ve shopped with Asda for years, online and in the shop but won’t be any longer. Had an online delivery last week where over £20 worth of chilled goods were missing. Asda are acknowledging the error but will not refund me because I paid with an Asda evoucher. So Asda keep the goods and the voucher. Can’t even submit a complaint because they said there is nothing they can do. Two calls to customer service and two promised call backs and never heard from them. Tried Facebook Messenger and got no where. I cannot understand how a company thinks it’s acceptable to keep a customer’s payment, in any format, and not provide the goods in return, or return the original payment method.

Asda at Rooley Lane Bradford service at the checkouts is terrible. 3 weeks in a row on a Sunday there has been only two tills open with long queues waiting up to 30 minutes. They are too obsessed with scan & go. I'm considering going back to Tesco.

Delivery was delayed, tracking updates were not clear.
