Purchased some PJ's on sale for £12.8 discounted. Order gone through. Waited on email reply for click and collect. Sadly on the day I was suppose to pick up item. They cancelled my item, saying no stock. Not a problem since I will be refunded. Guess what two days later, the item magically appears in stock and available to purchase, but at full asking price! Would have been better customer service if they delayed my order via email, and sent what I asked for.

Will update this when order completed. My order is dispatched in three parts. First two dispatched Thursday. The tracking info is fiction. The links actually change which courier they are being delivered by. And the simply say. Estimated delivery date. When that passes they move it on a day. So you will probably spend a long time waiting in for deliveries that do not arrive. My failed delivery yesterday the courier tracking says they have not even received the parcel. Very bad. I spent a lot of money on this order and would not order again due to this issue.

unbelievable, its as if they purposely employ morons at customer service. everything i told them was fed back to me as something completely different. someone pls tell me how do u discuss a laundry basket that broken under a toddlers weight and nearly poked his eye out with very sharp plastic when CS thinks we have a basket ball hoop, that we don't have then they keep asking for proof of purchase, we already said we have none ....arghhh that meant we could not actually have a sensible conversation about the item or for that matter anything else ...and there was more nonsense from them! i suggest don't every buy travel or financial products from them or u could get into very deep **** judging by their performance i ask is it any wounder they've got a zero tolerance policy for being abusive to them. its impossible to reach them by phone , cost lots of money too on our package, operator doesn't listen to u and keeps directing u to a dead end update: i called the item brand Whamo it should have been Wham...duh. they made a refund and i got some sense out of them

inadequate response to customer service. emailed them to ask a question and still no reply.

Placed on order choose a delivery day paid alittle extra all items in stock. Just recieved email only part of my order has been despatched if I wanted only part of the order I would of just ordered those items. I'm due to go on holiday so won't get the rest now in time. Seriously fed up with asda George there is always something going wrong with them. My returns never get refunded and my orders get sent seperately. Poor service.

I ordered a Gas BBQ on the 24th April 2016. It was delivered in a damaged state. It took too long for them to collect the damaged goods basically because they do not offer convenient collection times even when they are at fault. They refuse to send out a replacement until they have the original item back into their warehouse. Collection was arranged for Monday 9th May but they failed to attend. They could not rearrange collection until Thursday the 12th May. It was collected on this occasion but as at the 17th May I have no idea when to expect a replacement despite contacting them by phone and email. They do not seem to care at all when something goes wrong. I will update this when/if this is resolved. Asda have now sent a replacement BBQ and it was delivered at a convenient time. So it took a while and communication was not great but they did at least get there in the end

So you order multiple item which show as being in stock. You checkout and low & behold you get an email confirming part of your order is available. It drives me nuts!!!! If I wanted just a part I'd have ordered just a part.. I ordered 12 items & 5 have been dispatched from there warehouse. This company seriously needs to get. its act together.

I have at least 2 deliveries per week from asda groceries online and found out today that you can only earn vouchers from compare prices guarantee with 10 orders per month. hence the more money you spend with them the more you are penalized.
