I had significant doubts about this service due to the numerous negative reviews. I placed an order for next-day delivery, but they did not deliver the product as promised. However, they refunded the shipping costs, and the product was delivered two days later. Overall, I think this outcome is acceptable.

Luckly I have had no problems with asda online or in asda living stores. I find the clothes a little plain but they have larger waist sizes than most other superstores which is great for me 🙈😂 . all the clothes i buy last a long time.

Recently bought a new bed from Asda and there was a part missing, a vital part, the slats that go under the mattress. Won't go into all the details but after emails and phone calls to very pleasant people, the problem was finally solved and we were given vouchers to compensate for our trouble so yes, in the end, a good service. Thank you.

we ordered our weekly shop and it arrived in the time slot, so far so good. however after putting all the shop away the driver handed over the list of substitutes and we found that the joint of beef was missing from our shop and no alternative was available. My husband was very angry about this as the main reason we time our shop in this way is that so all the necessities for our sunday lunch arrive on time and with no meat there is no sunday lunch. We then had to travel to a different supermarket to pick up a piece of meat defying the point of online shopping. What supermarket in this day and age has no meat-how does this happen. After a call from my husband we were offered some money off our next shop which softened the blow a little. some warning before the shopping arrived on our door would have been nice so that we could have changed the meat choice perhaps ourselves.

Very good cheap clothes which I love! Had a problem with a popular dress and contacted customer services to ask when would be back in stock in my size, took over 48 hours to reply with a simple don't know, which I though was fair enough! They do have a button which says let me know when back in stock which you can only click when all sizes are out of stock which seemed good. went on every day to check and eventually all sizes sold out and they took it off website..... whats the point in that button then when you cant use it at all?? That would be my only problem as I was eager to get this dress for my holiday, could perhaps be a bit more efficient in that area. No other problems though!

Item we wanted was out of stock but set up a reminder which came through the following day advised the Lego item was back in stock. Placed order and email comms were great - instore for collection the next day. The only little drawback as that the queue was about 6 deep and took about 15 minutes to get served - but the price differential made it worthwhile - thank you Asda!
