Placed an order on November 10, still waiting on order to process 3 weeks later. I have reached out to customer service with no response! I want my order cancelled so I can buy prescription glasses from somewhere else. I will never order from this company again!!

Impossible company. I have unsubscribed several times and Olivia at Diff continues to email. The glasses are overpriced. They promise a 2for 1 but it’s not valid on sunglasses that are in stock. Keep your distance from this garbage company

I've been waiting forever for my order. Every time I reach out to the company they say they've identified problem and fixed it...yeah right. Still waiting. Frankly I think DIFF is a scam and STOLE money from me.

I will make this review in 2 parts, Pros and Cons; Pros - Quality sunglasses - The Lennox and Bella (Sugar Brown) sunglasses Response time for Customer service was okay. Cons - Placed an order 2 weeks to my birthday on Sept 16th as the site showed BOGO and free delivery to Canada within 2 - 3 weeks. Didn't receive my order, so I reached out to them after 3 weeks. They said another order will be shipped with UPS, marked as high priority. To cut the long story short, my major dissatisfaction with this brand include; 1. Package tracking showed UPS as the courier, only to receive a custom import charge note at my door from CANADA POST. Two couriers handling one (1) order was the most horrific experience for an ardent online shopper. Both couriers worked independent of each other, so I had to spend almost 2 hours with UPS and then some with Canada Post to rectify the issue. 2. Had to pay almost $80 for custom import charges. The sunglasses were sent separately, even though my order was a single order, hence, I was billed different amount for each package ($47 and $33). This was outrageous, because if DIFF had sent my package as one (1) order, my charges would not have been this ridiculous. Canada Post rep. confirmed that the import charges for both items were different due to the narration from DIFF on each package. 3. The order that was supposed to take 2 - 3 weeks took 2 MONTHS to arrive (ordered Sept. 16 and received my order November 12, 2022). In all, I will not patronize this brand again due to the absolutely horrifying experience that I had. UPDATE DIFF reached out to me via email requesting for evidence to prove my claim. Photos of my charges and evidence of payment was sent to them and they refunded me the excess charge on the custom duties. I commend the company’s effort in ensuring positive customer service. Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from DIFF, and had an issue with 1 pair. Maria assisted me in sending a replacement pair. Those didn’t fit right either, so she swapped them for a completely different style. Service was prompt and easy to handle. I’ve ordered numerous pairs of glasses from DIFF before and never had an issue. This just happened to be a pair that didn’t work for me, but was easily corrected! Happy customer here!

I placed an order months ago the only thing they kept saying was that my glasses were on its way. Its been a MONTH… A MONTH and I still have not received my order. However they did send me a shipping confirmation from Kentucky… for 2 weeks its been in “pre-shipment” which means they only created a F$&:ing label to shut me up. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO THE POST OFFICE??? I am beyond livid. Bottom line don’t waste your time and money!

I really love this Brand, in specially sunglasses… The sun won’t be a problem with them ♥️ Totally recommend 🫶🏻
