I ordered 5 pairs during their buy 2 get 3 free sale. 3 were great - good quality, nice style. 1 was AMAZING. 1 just didn’t work for me - but even though the were all final sale, I emailed them and they let me exchange it for a new pair. The frame I sent back was the least expensive in my order, and they exchanged it for a second pair of my favorite ones ($40 more expensive) for no cost! Communication was fast & friendly and they were patient with delays on my end. I also ordered some blue light glasses last fall on deep discount and they are so much better quality than any others I’ve seen.

The range is good; the idea is wonderful but the quality is debatable. Great looks but poor protection. I’d rather use my prescription glasses, that means a lot! I really find that there’s barely any protection; if I put them on and it’s really sunny, well, it hurts my eyes… Doesn’t happen with a cheaper brand but with proper UV protection.

I think Diff sunglasses is just a few guys, on tweaker time. Not 100% sure, but they do sort of come off that way. Which sucks because some of the sun glass ideas are neat. They’re not the best quality out there but I’ve seen worse

I recently ordered 2 sunglasses and a tassel chain as a birthday gift for my sister. The sunglasses were in excellent condition, however the tassel chain wasn’t fastened properly, so the band that connects to the glasses broke. I reached out to customer support and they were very apologetic and replaced the chain. What used to be a frown on my face has now been turned into a smile. Thank you DIFF, for replacing the chain 😊 I will order from this company again.

I ordered Christmas gifts from multiple websites on December 8th. I received all orders by the 14th except the sunglasses I ordered from Diff.com. I paid extra for expedited shipping thank goodness because they didn't even ship them until today. I sent them an email last week regarding my order because I received the email that they finally printed the shipping label. I complained about how long it took them to get it ready and out not realizing that they still hadn't shipped it! They of course never responded. What's worse is that I have been receiving multiple promo emails every day from them since placing my order. I will never purchase from them again!

I ordered glasses from DIFF at the first of December and have received no communication other than the order received email. I started reading reviews and now I'm sick to my stomach. I ordered over $230 worth of glasses for a trip to Europe that I leave on at the end of the month. I'm worried about finances so losing this $200 hurts and I won't even have glasses.

They canceled my order saying they were out of the blue light glasses I ordered. They offered a useless 20% off coupon, considering the entire website is 50% off right now, and they only refunded me for the cost of the glasses and not the shipping. They eventually refunded me the shipping without so much as an apology after I had to email them to ask that they refund me for the total cost of my order. It's also interesting to note that the blue light glasses that are supposedly out of stock are available for prescriptions, with blue light available as an upgrade. So please explain how you're somehow out of glass blue light lenses when you're still offering customized lenses with blue light as an option? This is the case for so many of their glasses, and they never seem to offer enough stock for the demand for simple blue light glasses. But if they're customizing prescription lenses with the same exact design, there's no reason they wouldn't be able to do glass blue light lenses. And, of course, they didn't bother to give an explanation for this. Additionally, most of their collab option designs are sub-par and uninformed (like Leia's glasses having Boba Fett detailing), and most of the coolest design elements are pointlessly on the inside. For what they're offering, these glasses are way overpriced — especially for the glass blue light lenses that cost about the same as prescription lenses. Pro tip: You can get blue light glasses shaped like Harry Potter glasses for about $15 elsewhere, so I'm glad they canceled the order. I also pointed out that their bulk offering included the same glasses that were supposedly sold out, and after ghosting that email as well, they marked it sold out. This company is so unprofessional and doesn't care at all about their customers. Happy to have assisted them in doing their job without so much as a courtesy response email.

Overall, positive experience! Shopped a BOGO sale recently to order new sunglasses for my wife as a gift. She loves both and they fit great / look great on her! She's happy and this is her third pair of DIFF glasses. Pretty good price on sale, not sure I would pay full price. Was a bit annoying that not all the styles we liked were a part or valid for the sale, but still find some good ones. Seem like decent quality, lenses are nice. Would recommend and shop sales again! Not a fan of the amount of emails they send on a frequent basis.
