Follow up review: I never received an email back but package changed to shipped and then delivered. Tried emailing again, wouldn't refund me or send new pair even though it states it is insured mail. They "opened a case" whatever that means. I contacted my post office and filed a stolen package. This company is actually terrible I can't believe they have any positive reviews.

I ordered 6 pair as they had a buy one get one free. 2 months went by and was contacted by email to let me know they were sorry but my package was sent back to them. They asked if I wanted product or return. After two months I was no longer interested. So I don’t know if product is sent to customer or not. Not sure about how legit they are to me and their ad but one get one but did get full refund

Very hard to get in contact with an actual person. Their response time is extremely slow, and they decide whether or not you can return or exchange your glasses. Not an enjoyable experience unless everything is perfect the first time.

Ordered multiple glasses, they all look great and are sturdy. However one pair broke and snapped in half. Reached out to Diff and they took care of it really quickly and efficiently!

DIFF EYEWEAR I ordered 2 pairs of glasses July 11th and still haven’t received them. I chatted with someone on the website and they couldn’t help me so then I had to email them. Someone got in touch with me and “replaced” the order and gave me 15% off which was less then what I paid for 2-4 express shipping. SO JUST A HEADS UP!…glassesusa.com takes 1-2 weeks tops. Don’t order these glasses unless your okay waiting for longer then 2 months to receive them. Hopefully they come by the end of august- if not I’ll post another review and give everyone an update with their arrival. Really disappointing.
