Excellent quality of goods, I can always find what I need here!

I recently went to Richards Sporting Goods retail store was in the market for a kayak of about 10 kayaks they were advertising they only had one available in one color not only that the manager of the store lied about their inventory giving up on the store I then went to their online website to order only to have more frustration after paying $100 for shipping I still don't have the product 3 weeks later Richards apparently uses subpar shipping to supplement their subpar retail business naming the shipping company Arc and a BF or AFB one of the at any rate also extremely poor company you will only encounter poor poor service in frustration with them as well these two partners should not be expected for any satisfaction if you don't believe this review try it for yourself if you're in the mood for being abused and frustrated at a high price there are too many other places and companies that deserve your business do not go with these companies trust me or find out for yourself the hard way

Use to be my “go to store”, No longer shop here for ANYTHING due to their idiotic views on my RIGHTS as an American Citizen.

Ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this store and am proud to say I WILL NO LONGER EVER SHOP IN ONE OF THESE BRANCHES EVER AGAIN. I was informed by co workers that d1ckhead sporting goods has taken action against our constitutional rights as law abiding American citizens and is now against the right to bear arms. I ADVISE ALL FUTURE SHOPPERS TO NOT SHOP IN THESE STORES AS A RESPONSE TO THE GUN GRABBING SHEEP OWNERS. Support your local mom and pop stores and avoid this over rated California store. BOO CUCKS SHAME ON YOU!! YOU TRIED THIS BEFORE AND IT BACKFIRED!

Customer service was not helpful at all. They just wnat you to go into stores. Have some better online support.

I placed an order for new nike golf irons. When they arrived, 4 of the 7 clubs were missing the protective plastic wrap. One of those was scuffed up, clearly used for practice before being sold to me at full price. Customer service chat wished me to send them back in the mail for return. I plan on using the pictures that I took to deter others from making the same mistake that I made in ordering from them. Total crap. Order #10085120300

I love shopping with DSG. I don't do much online but when i go in I always find pretty solid deals. I got a $100 putter for only $25. Sure it may be an older model but I'll miss my putts not matter what putter I use. Thanks DSG!
