I ordered two pairs of shoes, one came damaged and wrong size !!! The other never showed up, I called and was told to wait a day, I called again the next and was told I’d get a reship I was so happy, I called today because I wasn’t getting updates and they never freaking reshipped my item it wasn’t even available for reship ! I want a refund and they can only give me store credit What the heck I paid more than your dumb credit. Not only that I waited all morning for my shoes and they never arrived

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Against hunting. Don't bother with this store. They just want to be politically correct. They don't care about their customers

Wife ordered elliptical. We’re supposed to be here between 1 and 4. Showed up at 530. Damaged my wall when bringing box into basement, after I asked them unpack outside as my steps are tight and box was big. Left all the garbage on my basement, with pieces of styrofoam everywhere. Guys just wanted to get in and get out. Now up and down feature does on work and I can not get a straight answer as too who is supposed to come out to fix. Keep getting put on hold and then hung up on. I will never buy from Dick’s sporting goods again

Tried to order from their website only to find out item is available in store only, ok so I went to the store where I was told that while it is in stock it must be ordered online. I have no time and even less patience for this kind of ignorance. I easily ordered the same Item ($540.00) from another retailer . I don't think I'll be going back to Dick's

I purchased a Horizon T101 treadmill in-store in January, and it took weeks before I received it in February. It has not worked right and keeps malfunctioning. Dick's contracts out for delivery, maintenance and repair, so it takes weeks to get someone here to figure out what needs to be done. 90 days return policy from the day purchased, and I didn't even have the treadmill for a month after I purchased it. This has been a nightmare!!!

Order offline not to have tk drive 3 hours to. Its broke and because bamk stop my atm card fkr fraud. They want me tk return item.bacm to store to get money back.want do gift cars or store credit together me order another one. See like they would wamt want to keep.money in house but nope..ill never do business with you again m guess your name fits!!!

Horrible!!! Missed my delivery date for a kayak, or I should say just didn’t show up. Next delivery date was 3 weeks later!!! Now I’ve been trying to het my purchase refunded for the last week and they cancelled the order but will not give me back my money!!

Rudest experience of my life over the phone. Shipment was returned to their warehouse without ever reaching my door, customer service manager said the warehouse needs 30 days to process and they will not refund this despite TRACKING INFO PROOF saying that the shipment was returned to sender. I said I would dispute with my bank as this is an order that I never received and was told "go ahead". Slow, outdated systems with their online orders, lazy customer service, very happy to dispute this charge and NEVER using Dick's again. Aptly named business.
