I order 2 pairs of shoes online. The order was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address in my apartment complex. Dick's not FedEx attempted to recover these items. Dick's said they would just send out another shipment and do it overnight. 2 days later the items have never shipped. They were never picked up by FedEx and they don't know where they are. I cancelled the entire order when they refused to send out the 3rd replacements. I am done and will never use Dick's online again.

Dick's is one of last sporting goods stores to survive. Maybe because they bought out all their competitors. First it was Galyans, then Sports Authority and who's next? Their prices are very high and their inventory is shrinking. I know this pandemic has caused havoc with supply, but they don't have much and the eliminated hunting dept altogether. I hope Academy Sports hangs in there

I went there expecting to buy a dick but they don't sell them

I purchased102 dollars worth of items at Dick's and used a 60 scorecrd to pay for part of the purchase. When I went to return a 49.99 item, they told me I could only be refunded 19.99 because I used my scorecard even though I spent 42 dollars in cash. The manager said if I had used the scorecard for all of the other items and paid the cash for the 49.99 item I could have had a full refund. I told her this was unacceptable. She refused to help me further, including an exchange of the item for other goods worth 49.99

Tomorrow is easter and we were going to suprise my nieces with a 14 ft trampoline. we decided to put it up tonight instead of tomorrow morning. There were missing pieces and missing parts of the outside where the springs connect to, it wasn’t close to making a full circle. in the box said “no returns”, now we have very upset 3 and 5 year old confused why we got all the pieces out started working on it and had to put it all back. easter is now ruined for them and waste of $340+

Strongsville Ohio store, 3/27/2021. I am a person of colour , I thought I was being treated differently. But then , I checked their review online . Good I did that , seems like that’s how everyone is treated. Zero customer service , this young lady at the women running shoe section was tired after bringing out just two pairs of shoes and kept asking me if I “want it or not”. If I need it I would have picked up. End of the day , they did not have my size, then I went to Northolmstead they carried my size , I bought it too . However , the customer service rep did not have any knowledge. All the same.

If I could give minus 0 star I would. I ordered two Kayaks , the shipping company first of delivered the wrong kayaks not even on the date they were supposed to be delivered , so we were not home and they just sat them in my front yard, no wrapping plastic or carton nothing into the dirt. Then I got a call from set person that they delivered after the fact . I called back right away informing them that they were the wrong ones , after an attitude they came back to get them in in old beat up pickup that the kayaks didn’t even fit in . I called customer service to inform them about the mix up the wrong date and how nasty ,gross the delivery guys were and not to mention rude. About 2 hrs later they came back with my kayaks again not wrapped , handles missing , again not even ringing my doorbell set them in the dirt again in front of my house . Then the next day I got an email saying I signed for the yaks never signed a thing. Do yourself a favorite and go to a store to buy kayaks . Terrible company, never again I would buy anything online from them again .
