DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

I love DSG but I am quite disappointed that they do not ship to Canada. I live in a border town and used to cross the border to shop there regularly. I sometimes shopped online and got it delivered to a US parcel receiving company and I would walk across the border to pick my parcel. Since COVID and the resulting border closures, I have not been able to shop there as they do not ship to Canada. So sad!

Great products. I bought a pair of shoes and they worth their bucks. Shipping and support are OK. Recommended

If you want to receive it appointment date, never choose Dick’s online shopping. I didn’t receive my order that I bought it 08/11/2021( estimate delivery was 01/09/2021, appointment delivery date was 09/09/2021) . They didn’t assure the delivery. I was so disappointed.

One star is too much to give. NEVER buy online with Dicksportinggoods. They LIE!! I bought sneakers that were in stock. It took them three weeks to ship...again, 3 weeks to ship (put in a box& send) NEVER AGAIN...and customer service will just hang up on you when you inquire about your order. NEVER AGAIN!!!

GREAT PRODUCTS. yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for sometimes and this is a great example of it.

I would've given zero stars if I could, 2nd time in less than a month that a legitimate purchase was denied after I initially purchased them. Both times I was given an actual ship date and expected date that i should receive my order. The next day I was notified that some or all of my purchases were canceled due to "no stock" Idk if bots are programmed to snatch these up before the average Joe has an opportunity to purchase but all the most popular sizes are sold out once the email is sent. Is it possible that Dick's Sporting Goods is getting a fee to only sell to the resale sites?

Wish I knew about their protection plans, my brand new bike had something wrong with the tire. Went there to have them fix it and they tell us we need to purchase the part. Sk my husband asked how do we need to buy parts if is under warranty and they tell him it’s just protection for labor. Thanks Goodness it was just small 10 dollars part, if something bigger was an issue we would have to spend much more. So stay away from their crappy protection plan and save 50 dollars. I wouldn’t be this upset if the bike was 2 years old, but it’s only 20 days since we purchased it.

Horrible customer service very rude
