I order a product online and after I purchased I got message that product is not available anymore. And i didn't get any refund how convenient to get that message after payment went trough

Purchase new Nike Volleyball shoes from the website However, when the shoes arrived I examined them and noticed the sole showed evidence of usage and dirt. Contacted Customer Service. They asked for a picture to be sent to them. After 30 minutes I was given the option of returning it via FedEx even though I asked for UPS as FedEx is not convenient. I needed the shoes for a tournament the next day so returning them left us without the equipment needed to compete in the tournament. We were left without accommodation. Be careful with purchases. Make sure to examine them closely for evidence of usage and don't have expectations they will accommodate your request.

Customer service horrible. The final straw was when they made decision to stop selling guns and ammo in store…If I had been shareholder in this company trying to make radical liberal statement when they melted down millions of $s worth of guns rather than returning to manufacture! I can’t do business with company and CEO so radical to think that act of stupidity would have any affect on crime…our local DDGalso doesn’t sell any Hunting clothing so I guess trying to make statement against Hunters or maybe hunters are buying from retailers that carry entire line if hunters needs…So our entire family shops at Local Academy sporting goods that carry items we need from golfing tennis to hunting….Havent missed DSG at all and There is green grass growing in parking lot of local DSG store so I guess that speaks for how others feel about DSG too….

Completely overpriced. Went to the store one day, and I found nothing to my liking. Amazon has better stuff at CHEAPER PRICES.

don´t accept non US credit card don´t accept non US paypal account they cancelled my order payed with US credit card because "the card was breached"... the card has been working ok. horrible information at the Chat Contact center. they don't have the proper information to resolve problems.

Rude cashiers. It really does not hurt to SMILE or say GOOD MORNING. I may be an old lady but I am still worthy of RESPECT. I am done shopping in store, unfortunately I will only be shopping on line from now on.

I was making a return at the store brand new item. I had made a couple of returns of shoes that were mismatched. I get my receipt and was handed a WARNING RECEIPT saying this item will be credited but future returns will not be accepted. WHAT IN THE WORLD? I will never shop with Dick's sportinggoods again. What a huge embarrassment and a mistake on their part.

I am so angry with DSG it’s not even funny. Too through with them. How do you launch a new delivery system with door dash and don’t communicate to your customers that their ordered had been canceled because you don’t have the item in stock???! So now I’m calling DSG for an update on my item that was supposed to be delivered (SAME DAY DELIVERY) on 11/12/22 and here it is today 11/13/22 that I have not received my item. THE DOOR DASHER GOT AWAY WITH MY MONEY AND TIP. SO BASICALLY I LOST $15 including the shipping fee. DSG transferred me to Door dash and door dash told me I had to call DSG back because they don’t have my payment information. I begged DSG not to transfer me back to door dash because I just can’t take it. My anxiety is on 10,000 right now. So unorganized! The worst online shopping experience I ever had.
