This is a scam . Please do not order !!!! I think scammers using dickssporting name . Still waiting for item to be delivered . No notification and no response to 3 emails .

Had worked there for a couple of weeks had some people show me around the store before I had gotten hired for the first week working there fast forward to my first week had employees ask me some weird questions about my sexual life had to quit due to transportation problems and questions that made me feel uncomfortable wanted to explain to the manager the reason for my departure she said I was able to make a 2weeks notice letter but then was told a few hours later that I didn't need it and that they didn't need me to go in Monday seemed like the assistant manager of sporting goods didn't know how to properly communicate with there associates and allow sexual comments to make others feel uncomfortable and chase them from there position the sporting goods here in Victorville isnt as good as any other retail store of the same name and I don't look forward to working for them ever again they need to deal with the employees if sexual harassment is a serious problem there work policy isn't as strict as I thought

I ordered two watches and they were sent to the wrong address in a completely different city,when I asked what could be done to rectify the problem they said they'd sent them and that was the last emIl I received and they have completely ignored 4 follow up emails so I've had to result in leaving a bad review. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

I made a purchase for Sneakers. The package showed delivered with a generic picture from FedEx. I called Dick's Sporting Goods and said I never received my package. After spending 45 mins I was escalated to a "Supervisor/Escalation Team". The women said that if I purchase the same shoes again, she will send me a credit for the first item. So I was pretty much forced to buy them again if I wanted my money back for a product I never received. I still wanted the shows, so I paid for them again with a different credit card. I recommend I pick them up at a store. She agreed, but then said the closest store that has them is 1.5 hour away. So she said she will ship them. Well this time I got the Sneakers. But they were torn, and did not fit right, so I returned them at my local store. I received that credit. BUT........The credit the supervisor issued on the first credit card was reversed. So I have a charge from June 24 for $94.99, but no order was ever made. A week later this Supervisor Shelby, said sorry but she can't refund any money, and I will need to call my credit card company, and have them contact Dick's Sporting Goods for a possible refund. I asked why she could not refund me for a charge I received on any order I never placed, or received any merchandise for on my credit card, and she said "You've reached your limit sir, call your credit card company". This is downright fraud, and I'm only 1 person. Imagine how much money they are making on endless other folks!?!? How does this get reported as a crime? I asked Shelby for more information so I can file a police report, and she hung up. This is the 3rd person to hang up on me. This is all after my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at this store.

Sporting Goods Store at North Canton has a nice selection of apparel and items. The cashiers at the store seemed overworked. Our cashier did not smile. I had the wrong code on my phone and instead of saying something as to I needed my account number, she just said your phone number? She said thank you but like a robot.

I received a pair of shorts purchased from Dick's the day prior for fathers day, they were the wrong size. I took them to Dick's in Birkdale Village Dick's on Monday with the tags still on. I did not even try shorts on. The shorts were $68 according to the store manager. He said he would give me a store credit for $6 because according to him the shorts sold for $6 within the last 6 months (I don't believe that either) Anyway I will never shop at Dick's again.

Horrible service, I went into the meadow Mall location and it was horrible. Went to get some Adidas shoes and when I was looking, an employee started yelling at me to leave the store. Employees are the worst and the customer service is practically non-existent.
